Steve Purssey

Steve Purssey is the founder and MD of Sirius Digital Solutions Ltd.  Steve has over 26 years experience within the document management solutions industry and has held sales management positions for most of his career.

Having worked for Panasonic UK for the past 10 years, Steve is passionate about after sales support.  He believes that when we couple ethical, professional consultants together with highly experienced and skilled technical staff; we have an unbeatable proposition and our business can only prosper and grow.

Cameron Fraser

Cameron has been a professional within the Document industry for 15 years.  Throughout this time, he has built many enduring, strong relations with many customers due to his honest and ethical way of doing business.

Since joining Sirius Digital Solutions, many customers have followed him, knowing that both his and Sirius' core values are based on providing a fabulous level of Five Star service from people that really do care. 

He is looking forward to continuing and building on relations with both customers and colleagues that he regards very highly.

Edwin Irish -

Edwin Irish

Edwin has been in the Document management industry since 1995 working for Panasonic UK.  Following the announcement that Panasonic UK would cease production and service of their A3 size MFDs in 2008, Edwin decided to join us here at Sirius Digital Solutions.

He specialises in finding solutions for the copying and printing requirements, including implementing document capture and reporting solutions.

Edwin and his team of sales professionals are focused on maintaining long-term and trusted relationships with clients, showing distinct quality, integrity and excellence, which in turn give clients peace of mind.  The high level of client satisfaction may be judged by the fact that a large number of new clients and customers are introduced to Sirius purely as a result of personal recommendations.

Paul Kamlesh -

Paul Kamlesh

Paul is a polished and highly professional technician and we are proud to have him working heading up the service team.  He has a very positive attitude to customer service, and our customers really appreciate it!

Recently some historic customers have approached us to take over their contracts from their existing large supplier, why? they had heard Paul was now running our service department and wanted him and his team to look after them!  It doesn't get much better than that does it!

Morris Ganu

Morris is our networking engineering and IT Guru, it seems there is no network challenge or situation that can faze him.  Many of our customers have also commented about the way that he has "gone the extra mile" for them.  We are proud to have Morris as part of the team.

Matthew Purssey -

Matthew Purssey

Matthew started with Sirius in 2009 to head our telesales team and develop a marketing strategy for our business.

Matthew gained his industry experience whilst working for a large dealership in Hertfordshire and then moved to a long established dealership in Cambridge.  To gain further experience Matthew went on to work for Sir Alan Sugar’s Company Viglen for 18 months.  Whilst working under the wing of both the Apprentice finalists Lee and Claire, Matt enjoyed the intense training that has enabled him to be so effective within his role at Sirius.

Matt regards effective telemarketing as a highly necessary part of the jigsaw; letting potential customers know about Sirius and the benefits that are gained by using our products and services.  “We are always polite and very respectful when calling out” said Matt “unless we let people know that we are here to help them, they may remain trapped in an agreement that is costing them a fortune.  They may be getting poor service support, and will not be aware of any exit strategy.”  We are pleased to have Matt working as a very important member of our team.

Tony Parry

Tony Parry brings over 30 years of experience in the document solutions business.  He has been a highly successful account manager and has clients that have been with him for many years.  Tony worked with us at Panasonic for 8.5 years, he is known and trusted implicitly.  Tony has been both a company director and freelance consultant before teaming up with his old colleagues here in August 2011.  Tony’s strong interpersonal skills and his positive attitude, together with his experience and problem solving ability, mean that he has become an invaluable resource to both clients and colleagues here at Sirius.
